Answer - The following items are suggested:

  • The ID you used to register for Ship Inspections (driver’s license, state ID, or passport)
  • Laptops, Notepads, and Writing Utensils (blue or black ink pen, or #2 pencil)
  • Business Cards
  • Comfortable Shoes
  • A Sweater – the Convention Center is chilly

Question - Can I attend certain days of Cruise360? Or do I have to attend all days?
Answer - Agents may choose to attend any day(s) they would like to attend. Please consult the website for a full schedule of events. Registration fee will not be prorated based on the number of days attended.

Question - What if I miss the deadline for building my Cruise360 schedule, or the breakout I am interested in is at capacity?
Answer - If you miss the deadline or if a breakout reaches capacity, a standby line will form outside the room. Attendees will be admitted based on availability at that time. Regardless of whether you plan your schedule in advance, you will have full access to General Sessions, the Cruise360 Trade Show, and the Hall of Fame Cruise Industry Awards & Gala Dinner. Please note that you must build your schedule on cruise360.org and not within the Cruise360 App. Creating your schedule only within the App will not guarantee attendance at your desired breakouts, as it does not sync with cruise360.org. Additionally, we encourage you to print your schedule before arrival, as on-site printing will not be available.

Question - What time should I arrive to breakouts that I have pre-scheduled my attendance?
Answer - You should arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time of CLIA Seminars, Product & Destination Workshops, Cruise Line Showcases, and Sponsored Meals. After this time, CLIA reserves the right to offer any available seating to attendees in the standby line.

Question - I am unable to preschedule the General Sessions and The Hall of Fame Cruise Industry Awards & Gala Dinner, what should I do?

Question - Will CLIA Cruise360 ever ask me to send credit card or personal information via email?
Answer - It’s been brought to our attention that multiple email phishing scams are being circulated to our agents for either Cruise360 registration or CLIA membership renewal. These emails often state there was an “error” or “some kind of problem” with your payment and asking you to please fill out the attached credit card payment authorization and email it to a specific address. Some emails have also asked for a copy of a photo ID.

These emails are a scam. Please do not send your credit card information or your photo ID to anyone by email. CLIA will never ask you to submit payment information via email, as it is not secure.

We have notified our IT staff, and they are actively monitoring the situation. However, as with most scams of this type – which are becoming increasingly common in our digital world – the most powerful tool to combat these efforts is awareness and vigilance.
