Regrettably, I can no longer attend Cruise360. How do I request a refund?

2024 Cruise360 Agent Registration can be canceled, by written request only, up until 100 days prior to the event—no later than January 7, 2024. Registration cannot be transfer to another attendee or event year. The refund amount will be the registration paid minus a $50 processing fee. To request a refund, please email [email protected]. After January 7, 2024, agent registration will be 100 percent non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued. To request a refund, please email [email protected].

While CLIA strives to adhere to the advice of local, national, and international health authorities, any interaction with the public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance at the event. We encourage you to practice the best personal mitigation strategies that are available, like getting vaccinated, wearing masks while indoors with others, and washing your hands often. If you need more direction, please consult your national and local health authority websites for up-to-date recommendations.
