Special Needs Group® (SNG) is the leading global provider of mobility, oxygen, and other special needs equipment rentals for travelers. Recommended by the world’s major cruise lines for superior service and value, we also deliver to hotels, resorts, and convention centers. SNG is dedicated to fulfilling the requirements for persons who want to travel, but may require mobility, respiratory, and/or special needs equipment. We make travel easy, comfortable and accessible. Our trained agents provide service worldwide to 217 metropolitan areas in 70 countries. We continue to strive to push the envelope and further revolutionize special needs travel. In 2011, SNG launched the groundbreaking initiative, Special Needs Group Certified Accessible Travel Advocate® program. The CATA Program is the Travel Industry’s first Certification designed to equip Travel Professionals with insight to better serve the Mature, Mobility-Challenged, Special Needs market segments. The program has positioned SNG as not only an industry leader, but also leading advocate of these market segments as over 8,600 Travel Professionals have earned their SNG CATA designation. SNG provides a broad range of mobility equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, mobility scooters, and power chairs. We also provide oxygen rentals, such as stationary concentrators, cylinders, and portable oxygen concentrators, as well as other essential items. For our customers’ convenience, equipment is delivered directly to the cruise ship stateroom, cruise port terminal, hotel/resort, or convention center. With each delivery and pick-up, we experience the satisfaction of knowing we’ve just made someone’s trip more enjoyable, and perhaps even possible. Our mission grew out of our passion for travel combined with a conviction that the fun and adventure of traveling the world should be available to everyone, despite physical challenges.
